Merchandise returned must be sent prepaid shipping
as Versailles Stair Rods / Tringles Et Stair Rods International will
not accept C.O.D's or collect shipments. Merchandise must be
shipped
back to
us in unused
and
saleable condition
and
in original packaging with original invoice.Shipping charges
are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of
the customer.
